I just wanted to say how happy and appreciative I was with your service and assistance regarding my order of the pocket watch for my husbands birthday.
My husband absolutely loved the watch (as did I) - and I just wanted to say thanks again. He was extremely impressed with it and definitely happy that the family crest was engraved on the back - it is going to be something that we will keep in our family for a very long time.
I will be ordering from you again in the future if the need arises and will be passing on your details to others I know.

We are very impressed by both the rings and your customer service, you have always responded to our emails promptly and the rings arrived much earlier than you quoted. We will be having a simple wedding but the rings will make it a very special day for us. We will wear the rings proudly and we consider them extra special as they are made in my birth country.
